Advanced Markets & Case Design Support
This advanced planning team, with credentials in law, taxation and financial services, assists you with sophisticated strategies in the areas of estate planning, insurance planning, business succession planning, charitable planning, executive benefit planning and supplemental retirement planning through needs assessment, case design, service and support. The team is trained to run illustrations and produce personalized materials for client presentation.   
 
AXA Network, LLC
The AXA Network PPG unit is responsible for complete case management for all non-proprietary business submitted through AXA Network, LLC. This includes marketing, advanced underwriting, licensing, customer service, new-business processing and competitive intelligence. Serving as the focal point for all AXA Network service-related issues, this group provides carrier relations to offer competitive products and compensation. The AXA Network PPG unit also specializes in underwriting large cases, providing concierge service to bundle the case, keeping in mind all necessary underwriting limits. In addition, we have a select group of core carriers offering competitive products, compensation, and dedicated underwriting and service support.
 
National Operations Center (NOC)
The PPG service center within the National Operations Center functions as a “one stop” processing team, covering new business and in-force customer service functions for all life insurance administrative and underwriting support. The PPG National Operations team consists of experienced analysts from the different functional areas with a track record of high customer satisfaction levels.
 
AXA Advisors, LLC -- Broker/Dealer
This special service desk within the AXA Advisors broker/dealer provides advanced support and dedicated customer service to PPG members and their administrative staff. This team consists of service representatives, each with years of brokerage and financial experience. The objective of the PPG broker/dealer service desk is to serve as a complete source for all broker/dealer inquiries and operational support.
 
Annuity Service Center
At the Annuity Service Center, new business work received from PPG members is given priority attention by the Center’s most experienced and knowledgeable customer service representatives, all of whom are exclusively dedicated to assisting PPG members.
 
Compliance

This dedicated group of compliance professionals partners with you to help you manage your practice in today’s complex regulatory and legal environment.
 
Technology Help Desk

The AXA Financial Help Desk is the single point of contact for all PC service requests. PPG members receive priority access, as Help Desk representatives solve computer or software problems over the telephone or quickly dispatch a service technician to perform repair services.

Analyze your Book of Business
Our Practice Development program is designed to help financial professionals assess, evaluate and grow their practices. This is accomplished by gathering extensive information from the associate, analyzing his or her book of business, and offering coaching and specific strategies to help maximize growth opportunities. Additionally, a separate teaming initiative supports individual FPs who want to develop a firm and grow their practice.

PPG Financial Planning/Advisory Services Program
Developed to offer PPG members the greatest degree of client service flexibility, the PPG Financial Planning/Advisory Services Program allows qualified PPG members to charge hourly or fixed fees for financial planning or advisory services (not involving asset management or advice regarding specific securities).

Technology
Utilizing the latest Web-based and Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms through axa-equitable.com, AXA Advisors provides integrated and flexible technology solutions to support the “anytime/anywhere” efficiency of our retail distribution network, practice management and enhanced client support and services. PPG members receive priority rollout of workstation hardware, network applications and advanced market software.  In addition, via axa-equitable.com, PPG members gain direct access to PPG-specific information, tools and marketing concepts.

Producer Group Meetings, Conferences & Sales Campaigns
All PPG members receive invitations to the annual Equitable Agents Reinsurance Company Meeting and Best Practices Meeting. The focus of these meetings is to network and share sales ideas. PPG members are also encouraged to attend industry meetings, including: Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), International Forum and Million Dollar Round Table/Top of the Table. In addition, to reward and recognize outstanding sales efforts, PPG members may qualify to attend various national sales conferences. In addition, PPG members may qualify to attend the Special Sales Campaign Incentive Trip.

Professional Designations
AXA Advisors offers a Tuition Reimbursement Program for CFP®, ChFC and CLU designations, as well as an MSFS degree.

Administrative/Operations Workshop
Your key administrative and operations staff may attend a processes and procedures workshop specifically tailored to PPG needs. All areas of the company provide your staff with new information and "helpful hints" to foster an "ease of doing business" environment.

AXA Advanced Markets - Teleconferences
The AXA Advanced Markets team (AAM) provides periodic training teleconferences on a variety of current business related topics. The sessions are designed to provide a virtual classroom for learning, information and knowledge sharing. The teleconferences are recorded so you can have access to a library of useful business learning tools to replay at a later time.

Spotlight On... - Teleconferences
The PPG Operations team provides monthly training teleconferences designed to provide in-depth information on a particular topic or sales idea on how to best support your clients as well as expand and promote your practice.  These sessions are presented by highly skilled business professionals on new business processes and or financial professionals on sales practices.  All teleconferences are recorded and included in our library of training sessions.
